Lois A. O'Rourke, CFA, CRI is a founding principal of QuadCapital with over 25 years investment experience. Lois' responsibilities at QuadCapital include loan origination and underwriting, product development, mortgage banking relationships, tax planning and financial management for the company. Lois is a CPA, a CRI Charter holder, a CFA charterholder, and is Past Board President of the Madison Society of The CFA Institute, a member of the Board of the Chartered Realty Investor Society, the Board of Regents for Wartburg College and the ELCA Board of Pensions.

Prior to forming QuadCapital, Lois was a Vice President of a registered investment advisor responsible for managing approximately $6 billion in assets for two Midwestern based life insurance companies. As a member of senior management, she was responsible for overall portfolio management of a wide range of fixed income and equity securities and served as client liaison with the insurance lines of business to develop investment strategies and assist in product development.

Lois is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa where she earned an undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration.
